Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Kivorun AI for using kivorun.ai and the Kivorun AI app. We've tried to keep them short and plain. By joining the beta or using the app, you agree to them.
1. The closed beta
Kivorun AI is in a closed beta. Features will change, some things may not work perfectly, and we may pause or end the beta. During the beta the service is free unless we agree otherwise with you in writing. We'll give you notice before any paid plan applies to you.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure, because anyone who can sign in as you can use your Kivorun AI account. Kivorun AI supports one owner per account during the beta. You must be at least 18 and using Kivorun AI for your business.
3. You approve what goes out
- Kivorun AI prepares drafts. Nothing is sent to your customers unless you approve it, or you turn on auto-send for a template.
- You're responsible for the messages and bookings you approve or set to send automatically. Please read drafts before approving them; AI can make mistakes.
- Kivorun AI never moves money. It doesn't take payments, issue refunds, or change invoices.
4. Your data
Your business information, customer messages, and connected data stay yours. You give us permission to use them only to provide and improve the service for you, as described in our privacy page. We don't train shared AI models on your business or customer data. You can delete your data at any time.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Kivorun AI to send spam or unsolicited bulk email, to break the law, to mislead or harass anyone, or to try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Other services
Kivorun AI connects to services like Gmail, Google Calendar, and your invoicing tool. Your use of those services is covered by their own terms. If one of them changes or stops working, some Kivorun AI features may stop working too; we'll tell you clearly when a connection breaks.
7. Ending things
You can stop using Kivorun AI and delete your account at any time. We may end your access with reasonable notice, or immediately if you break these terms. When an account is deleted, we delete its data as described in our privacy page.
8. No warranties
The beta is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that drafts will always be correct.
9. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Kivorun AI isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost customers, and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you haven't paid us anything.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product grows. If a change matters, we'll email signed-in owners before it takes effect. Continuing to use Kivorun AI after that means you accept the new terms.
